About ADR.TC

We provide dispute resolution services in the Turks and Caicos through ADR TC Ltd. Murray is also available for international arbitration and ADR services across the Caribbean. Murray is a regular visitor to several of the Turks and Caicos Islands and his base while there is at Grace Bay in Providenciales.  

The Turks and Caicos Islands are a British Overseas Territory with a locally elected government and Premier with a UK appointed Governor. It is a major tourist destination in the Caribbean with cruise ships to Grand Turk and a busy international airport at Providenciales (Provo). ADR TC Ltd. has worked with local lawyers in the islands and provided ADR services to the Government of the Turks and Caicos Islands, who are working hard to maintain fairness and due process in the Islands.

Our .tc domain name is of the country Turks and Caicos (.tc), but here it also represents Toronto Canada where we are primarily based. There is a long history of association between Canada and the Turks and Caicos Islands. We are doing work now to promote goodwill and peace through ADR in the Caribbean.

We provide Alternative Dispute Resolution Services and Arbitration Teaching certified by the ADR Institute of Ontario provided by Murray Miskin. Courses are being planned for the Caribbean with an arbitration course likely to be held in Trinidad.
